I made a couple of changes, and it was absolutely delicious! I used marinara sauce for the bottom (16 oz. jar), and added ground turkey (1 lb.) and sauteed garlic to the ricotta mixture. With the addition of the ground turkey, I made 10 lasagna roll-ups and used a 9 x 13 baking dish.

All I can say is WOW!!! I tweeked this recipe, AND FOR THE BETTER! I wanted to incorporate chix into it so I made a basil pesto sauce and mixed it with shredded chix. Then after I put the cheese mixture (egg, parm, & ricotta) on the noodles, I put a layer of the chix mixture on top. Then rolled up. I wanted to try it both with marinara and alfredo. So I did a few roll-ups of each. The Alfredo ones were AMAZING!!!! I got compliments from the Hubby. :-D

I used 1/2 pound of finely diced chicken & added 3 cloves of garlic to the cheese mixture. This was a good meal that everyone enjoyed, just not enough flavor to make it 5 star. I thought it was a fun & different meal, so I will try it again adding additional ingredients for more flavor. ALSO, I used one jar of Alfredo sauce (a smaller amount than listed in the recipe)and it was plenty.

This recipe all comes down to the sauce you use. Make sure it's very flavorful or else it will fall flat, like mine did.

A great recipe but needed to change it to suit our tastes. 1) I halved the recipe since I didn't buy enough alfredo sauce - used one 15oz Bertoli. 2) I boiled and shredded two chicken breasts and added to cheese filling. 3) I eliminated the spinach and onion since I didn't have any. 4) Kept the ricotta and parm cheeses the same amount for the full recipe. 5) I also added 1 cup mozzarella to the filling. 6) Ended up using 10 lasagna noodles (don't know why I halved it in the first place!) and kept the filling thin inside each rollup. 7) Used 2/3 of the sauce on bottom and 1/3 spread on top of the rolls, I really wish there was about 1/3 cup more sauce to go on top though. 8) Topped with another 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese. Was not too dry or too heavy but not enough sauce to dip bread in but at least the plates were cleaned!

Wonderful! I sauted some chopped mushrooms and garlic with the onions, and followed another reviewer's suggestion to combine tomato pasta sauce with the alfredo for the bottom layer. I was able to get 10-and-a-half delicious lasagna rolls!

Great recipe. I bought precooked lasagna sheets which was fantastic - less steps and easier to work with. I will need to make the filling 1/2 as much more so the roll ups are really stuffed. Also if you keep it covere there is less chance of it drying out.

I love this recipe. The only thing I add is shredded garlic butter chicken. And I do use a paper towel to dry all the moisture off the noodles so it’s easier to roll them up. My family loves it so much that this was their request for Christmas dinner.

This was an easy and delicious twist on lasagna. I made this awhile back and enjoyed it. I made it again last night and made some changes. I made my own alfredo sauce and added prosciutto to the filling and added both mozzarella and fresh grated parmesan near the end. Thanks for a great recipe.

This was a very simple recipe with a great flavor! I cut the lasagna noodle in half to make the roll ups smaller to serve with some sliced breaded chicken breast over the top. I added more Alfredo sauce on the top of all of it and it really came out tasty.

This was wonderful! I added a little more onion and mixed some cooked chicken in to the mixture before spooning on to the pasta. Also, I used the multi grain pasta, which are much more narrow. It didn't jelly roll well, so I just dropped a spoon full right in the center and wrapped both sides up. This recipe is def. a keeper! Will be a good dish for guests too...sure to impress!

This was a fantastic recipe!! I followed the recipe pretty closely, but had to make a few changes: I used 2 jars Bertolli Alfredo sauce, next time I will add a 3rd, (personal preference), I added chopped broccoli and spinach, baked 4 chicken breasts in the oven then shredded and placed in vegetable mixture, added mozz. cheese into roll ups and on top, also added shredded parmesean cheese on top of dish also, outstanding!!! I got rave reviews from my family!! (I have a picky 2 year old, so I rolled chicken and both cheeses up, and put them into the dish with others, she ate the whole roll up!!!:)Thanks for a great recipe!!!
