I cheated a bit and used large shells instead of the lasagna because of the "messy" comments made by others. I also added mushrooms. Very tasty!

OMG i cant believe i didnt rate these!! they are sooooo good. i add garlic powder to the cheese mixture and use mozarrella cheese instead of the parmesan because the alfredo sauce i make has ALOT of parmesan. i made it with spinach and mushrooms.. tomorrow i am making them again but now just for the family and will be making them with chicken and green onions.. yum! i would make them with red bell pepper and chicken but my cousin doesnt like red bell pepper.. weird LOL

Simply fantastic! I did replace the alfredo sauce with a homemade red meat sauce, but otherwise followed the recipe. It was delicious & the presentation is very nice. Will have to try it sometime with a homemade alfredo sauce, I'm certain it will be delish!

I am giving this 4 stars... although this was a great starter recipe I also added 4 cloves of garlic and 2 tsp of dried basil for much needed flavor

They were okay...but not worth making again if you don't add more to them. They're on the bland side. I suggest adding some sausage next time. I do love the individual servings!!

Not bad. I got mixed reviews from the family. My parents loved it but my husband and daughter did not. I used broccoli instead of spinach which wasn't bad but I think it might be better with spinach. Extremely easy to make. I put everything together yesterday so all I had to do when I got home from work was throw it in the oven. I would definately make this again but maybe try a marinara sauce.

This was a great dish. I added garlic to the filling and used fresh spinach instead of frozen. It turned out great. I also used a red sauce instead of white.

These lasagna roll-ups were hearty and so healthful! I made these with ready-made Alfredo sauce, but I will be making my own sauce next time. I had to add some salt to the finished product to really bring out the flavor, but the spinach/ricotta center of the lasagna & the sauce really made a delicious meal. My husband is so happy that I made this dish!

Followed the recipe exactly and thought this was very good. I used a roasted garlic alfredo sauce (from a jar) and it gave it a little extra flavor. Will definately make again.

I have to imagine these are very bland as the recipe is written. I purchased a rotissiere chicken and sliced it up and added a layer to the rolls. I also added a layer of mozzarella cheese as other reviewers suggested. I added additional mozzarella to the top and I used the "Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce" recipe from this site instead of a jarred sauce. I did not like them, but family loved them. Mayber it's just me. Also, the dish itself is anemic looking as it has no color. Definitely needs a color garnish of some type if it is to be served to guests in my opinion.

The trick for me was tasting the mixture before rolling into the pasta. It was a little bland, so I added chopped chicken cooked in garlic & Italian seasoning, 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes, salt & pepper, garlic powder, and oregano to spice things up. I used whole wheat lasagna noodles and put alfredo sauce on the bottom and roasted red pepper sauce on the top. It tasted absolutely amazing and my husband went back for seconds and couldn't stop talking about how great this recipe is! I served it with garlic bread and steamed broccoli.
