Amazing! I used for the Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 with regular supermarket balsamic vinegar and 1/2 Balsamic Glaze (also available at many grocery stores). At the end, I sprinkled a dash of dried mint leaves on top of the lamb. A great dish and certainly one to save and make again!
