Amazing! I used for the Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 with regular supermarket balsamic vinegar and 1/2 Balsamic Glaze (also available at many grocery stores). At the end, I sprinkled a dash of dried mint leaves on top of the lamb. A great dish and certainly one to save and make again!

This recipe was amazing. Be patient when cooking the reduction. It is well worth the effort as the sauce will become thick and rich. The best lamb chops we have every had. Both my husband and I loved them.

These came out perfectly! Did end up cooking the reduction a bit too long and it came out more like a chutney but it was delicious on top of the chops. Next time I'm doubling the recipe for 4.
