Wonderful. I picked this as my first serious undertaking in cooking. I couldn't have been happier with the results. Served with Italian bread from scratch and asparagus, also caramelized some pairs from a previous posters suggestion and they would have been the best part if the lamb wasn't so great.

measurements needed adjusting. to give the sauce enough body, more balsamic was needed.

This was amazing! Only problem I had was that my boyfriend didn't like the smell of the vinegar while I was making the sauce, otherwise, again, amazing! Only change I made was to reduce it even a little more then it was said to. Will definitely make again.

Delicious! Halved the recipe for 2 (not big eaters), but served w/ garlic bread & corn. Used white onions instead of shallots, still great, and used 5 leaves of fresh basil instead of dried. Otherwise, made as directed. First time hubby & I tried lamb, and we liked it a lot. Will make again with addition of garlic rub as other reviewers have suggested.

This was a really great recipe for lamb chops. If you use a really good balsamic, it makes a big difference. I will be making this again in the near future!

Excellent! First time my girlfriend had lamb and I am glad I chose this recipe. Have tried the curry one and another since then, this is by far the best.

This was excellent & easy! I used fresh rosemary & added garlic to the rub. Everyone enjoyed it. Be sure to use a good quality balsamic.

WOW! Best lamb chops we've tasted (and we have lamb producers in the family!). I did add fresh chopped garlic to the rub and also rubbed the skillet with cut garlic before the saute'step. Excellent!

Very nice recipe. I stuck to it since it was my first time with lamb chops, and it turned out very good. My dinner guests were complimentary.

This was delicious. The only thing I changed was I rubbed garlic on the chops and on the pan. I also thinly sliced a few pieces and sauteed with red onion finely chopped and green onion finely chopped. ( I had no shallots) My husband devoured 4 chops! (I also pureed sweet potato which worked well with the lamb flavors) We drank Woodbridge Merlot by Robert Mondavi. Exceptional meal!Thank You.....

Made this with 2 cups chix broth, added some corn starch to thicken the rue. Hubby and I ate every last drop. I also added on the bottom of the plate some sliced baked apples. Nice mix of the sweet and vingary combo. Thx for the recipe.

The glaze is amazing but two chops for dinner for my husband was nowhere near enough. I will look to double this recipe next time.

My friend tried this recipe & raved about it so my boyfriend made it last night and we both enjoyed it to the max. We each had just one serving though with baked garlic potatoes & a nice red wine...delish and will definitely try again!

The balsamic glaze is fantastic, I have made it numerous times. The thing is that while it is good on lamb, it is even better on chicken. Still, a fantastic recipe. I will certainly be making it many times in the future.
