This was a very delicous and easy recipe. I used white wine/herb chicken broth mix and barrel-aged balsamic vinegar which is already reduced and sweet. Mixed with the sauted scallions, it was divine! Dinner party pleaser with great presentation appeal. Excellent!

This was very tasty....and I like other reviewers don't really care for lamb(hubby loves)!I only made a few changes:1)I used fresh thyme and basil(had on hand)and 2)I didn't have shallots, so I used white onion.

My husband loved this recipe...he continued to "ymmm" the whole time he was eating it. We also used olive oil with garlic but didn't change anything else. We were careful to allow sauce to reduce by a little less than half, it was very thick and taste was wonderful!!! we will definately make this again. This was our first foray into "lamb territory" and we loved it!! husband is still talking about it...lol!

I NEVER eat lamb, but my stepdaughter really wanted it so I made this recipe. Not only did we all love it, but my husband said he'd never had lamb he actually even liked until this one, and he loved it! Huge hit with the family.

It turned out good, but the seasoning on the lamb chops tasted gritty.

This is the BEST recipe I have ever made from this site! I made it with fresh herbs but followed everything else to the T! I put the chops in the oven for just a few minutes at 200 (to keep them warm) while I was finishing the mashed potatoes and steamed green beans! My BF and I loved this and will def be making this again!!!!

This is my very first experience cooking, or eating lamb chops, but I really enjoyed it. Being such a newbie, I obviously can't compare the taste to other lamb recipes I've had, but I'll definitely make this again. It's easy and tasty.

Excellent and surprisingly easy! The grocery store was out of lamb chops, so I made this with filet mignon instead. It was amazing! I highly recommend the filet substitution. I served this with blue cheese mashed potatoes and a side of broccoli and cauliflower. My boyfriend was in heaven!

awesome! Will certainly make again! Used a non-stick pan. Was quick and easy. Served with roast squash, baked potato and green beans, but I think next time I will try rice and cooked spinach or broccoli... the sauce was soooooo amazing!

This is the best lamb recipe I have had to date. Definitely worth the time and effort. You have to get high quality balsamic vinegar to make this worth wild, cheap stuff just won't do. My fiance and I made this for our 6 month anniversary and LOVED it. We were both mmm and wowing the dish as we ate it. We paired it with fresh steamed vegetables and topped it all with some green onion as garnish. Sooo delish! Also make sure you give the sauce about 10 minutes to reduce, otherwise it's wayyyy too runny. Will make this again and again.
