OH MY LORD, were these chops DELISH...
I had tried lamb chops some years ago and did not care for them at all. After meeting my husband ( a lamb chop lover ) he convinced me to try them again, so i searched and searched for a recipe that just might be palatable for me.
I LOVE these lamb chops, the only thing I did differently, was added garlic powder to the seasoning.
Make sure you use a high quality Balsamic... makes it so much better! Although, i did make these one time and did not realize I was out of Balsamic until after I had already browned the chops so I had to substitute with something, so I used red wine vinegar.. and it wasnt too bad, but not as good as Balsamic. .
