buttery round crackers, crumbled
skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
2 (10.75 ounce) cans
condensed cream of chicken soup
My husband and I really liked this. The crumb mixture added a really nice touch. I didn't have poppy seeds and can't get them where I live, so I used sesame seeds instead. Next time I will shred the chicken instead of cutting it up into chunks, only because I didn't lcare for the chewy texture of the chunks of chicken in the casserole. It only took about 40 minutes to be hot and bubbly in my oven.

Delicious! I made this with light sour cream and light cream of chicken soup and you couldn't even tell! Our family devoured this--definitely will make again and again.
Wow! This is soooo good! The only things I changed was I used 1/2 C butter instead of 1 cup and 3 chicken breasts instead of 8. The Ritz crackers are a yummy salty little crunch on the top! Thanks for sharing Ladybug!
Best poppyseed chicken ever!!!
Delicious! Served over jasmine rice. Not calorie friendly, but worth it for the best comfort food I have ever eaten! I cut recipe in half. Next time will freeze half for another meal. Only thing I added was pepper!
