"A peanut butter candy with a chocolate coating. They look like buckeyes! This is a fun recipe to make with the kids. They love to mix it up and get their hands in the peanut butter, rolling the balls, and especially dipping it into the chocolate!" — adeck

1 (16 ounce) jar
crispy rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies®)
1 (6 ounce) package
semisweet chocolate chips, or as needed
The only reason I give 4 stars is because they were a little gooey. After a day or so in the fridge they firmed up a bit. I think next time I will add more Rice Krispeys and let the balls sit in the fridge for several hours. The chocolate didn't cover well, but I think that may be because the balls didn't set long enough in the fridge. I will try again, they were very yummy after a day in the fridge!
