"My husband loves kosher salt, so I made a homemade seasoning salt with it for him. I use it whenever called for in a recipe, tastes just like the kind I buy at the store."

Ingredients

  • 7 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed

Directions

  1. Pour the salt into a small mixing bowl. Whisk in the paprika, thyme, parsley, mustard powder, garlic powder, chili powder, curry powder, cumin, and dill until evenly blended. Store in a tightly sealed shaker jar.

Left off he dill - allergic to it - and it is still stellar!
