Sushi can be filled with any ingredients you choose. Try smoked salmon instead of imitation crabmeat. Serve with teriyaki sauce and wasabi.

I got this recipe from my Korean friend. He says it's a really popular snack food in Korea and even though it looks more like a crepe, they call it pizza. It's very versatile and you can add pretty much anything you like to it, as long as it's chopped small enough.

I started off with another recipe on this site but wound up changing so much that I think it needs it's own mention. Pork chops are simmered in a flavorful broth. The bean paste makes it a little bit spicy. Sauce was great over rice.

Korean Barbequed Beef

Beef is marinated with rice wine, garlic, and chili paste then grilled over coals for this Korean finger food! It's great for entertaining (easy to marinate in advance, and cook on the grill) and the sauce is fabulous!

The flavorful marinade - made with soy sauce, sesame seeds and oil, garlic, and a little sugar - gives a unique flavor to beef and vegetables. Serve over white rice for a complete meal.
