This recipe produces moist, flavorful turkey meat. I do believe it's a bit unrealistic to think that you could easily serve this as depicted in the picture. After cooking for less than 8 hours on low, the meat was all in the bottom of my crockpot, not on the bone. No biggie, we ate the meat wrapped in flour tortillas with lettuce, cilantro, tomato, shredded cheese, and sour cream. I used green enchilada sauce which gave the meat awesome flavor. Really tasty.
