If available, use a cone-shaped bowl as a mold for this dip. When inverted, the chilled dip will come out of the bowl resembling a mountain. The Lava Sauce dripping down the sides of the mold creates the appearance of an erupting volcano. Use more horseradish for a hotter lava! It's a perfect appetizer for luaus.

This is a classy dish and easy to make! It includes boneless chicken breast, lemon juice, black pepper and some salt. To top it with some style, I throw on some ready cut tomatoes and shredded Monterey Jack cheese and toasted sunflower seeds.

This spicy baked dip tastes just like hot chicken wings, but without the mess. It is very addicting, and is perfect for football and tailgating season. Serve with tortilla chips. I take this whenever I have to bring a dish and am always asked for the recipe.
