Original Recipe Yield 16 bars

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package of refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (21 ounce) can LUCKY LEAF® Cherry Pie Filling

Press two-thirds of the mixture into the pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is set. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in egg and vanilla. Carefully spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust. Top with LUCKY LEAF Cherry Pie Filling. Dot with the remaining cookie dough. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
