My Husband couldn't get enough! It's going in the rotation! My changes: Spicy Sausage instead of Kielbasa Added an onion Added a sliced head of cabbage with the peppers Added 1/2cup red wine and 1 cup beef broth Might add garlic next time! The broth and wine gave it a nice sauce to keep the potatoes moist and to dip my garlic cheesy bread in! It was great! Thank you for the recipe!

Yummy. I did not dice the Potatoes or kielbasa, I just sliced them to 1/4" pieces. I did not have any peppers, so I added onions for the last five minutes. My husband loved it, said it reminded him of a smoky campfire hash. this would be great for breakfast too. I would double the recipie for a fam of four.....we had no leftovers between two adults and a toddler (toddler only eats a very little!)

Really good. Next time I'll omit the oil. Also, I have leftovers so I might make an omelette or scrambled eggs later this week.

Not difficult to make and tastes wonderful. I cooked the potatoes for 5 minutes before adding the turkey kielbasa, then added the peppers for the last 5 minutes of cooking. The sweet peppers go well with the dish.

I thought it was a little dry. It could have used some onions and maybe a gravy. Other than that it was good.

With the recommended oil, it came out too greasy. Also, my husband and I thought the dish was rather bland. If I made it again, I wouldn't follow the recipe. Instead, I'd omit the oil and kick it up with some spices or use spicy sausage.

This is one of my favorite breakfast foods. And I can usually find most of the ingredients on the cheap at my local discount grocery store. I suggest that you make a homemade salsa and scrambled eggs and wrap the mixture up in tortillas with a little cheese and sour cream. Filling, cheap and oh....so....good.

I agree with most of the other reviews; ONION! Also, added garlic and italian seasoning. I disagree with the grease problem; I like my peppers to have a bit of grease, so I liked that. I think this recipe is a success IF you add seasonings.

This was really good. I have never had kielbasa prepared this way before. I got some fresh home made kielbasa and used that in the recipe and used red green and yellow pepper. I ended up adding some seasonings at the end (salt, pepper, and paprika)We will definitely have this again. Oh, and it passed the Toddler Test.

Pretty good. Made this for myself last night. I have been craving this ever since I stumbled upon it here on Allrecipes. For a quick, easy & economical meal, this can't be beat! I went to my local Italian market to purchase the produce (it is waaaay cheaper there...). The most expensive splurge was the sausage. I followed Erin Kurinsky's recommendation to 1st brown my sausage, then toss everything together in a lg. roasting pan (used my PC stoneware), s&p to taste, drizzle with EVOO & roast in the oven. In add. to the potatoes, peppers & sausage, I add. almost an entire red onion (cut into lg. chunks), 3 (sliced) garlic cloves & 2 ea. of fresh rosemary/thyme sprigs on top. I covered everything w/ aluminum foil & roasted in a 425 deg. oven for 35 min., then uncovered for 5 min. more. My only other ch. was to use just green bell peppers instead of green & red ones as directed (green ones were on sale this wk.- 3 for $.99!). I think next time I'll use a bit less EVOO (I just eyeballed it - a little too much!!!) & add my onions/peppers during the last 10-15 min. so they don't get too mushy (they were a tad soft). Oh, and I think I'll also use ff sausage (my store didn't have it, otherwise I would have...). Served w/ French bread dipped in a mix. of EVOO, cracked black pepper & Parm. cheese. I liked the bread better than the main dish :) Overall, a good recipe, but I think I'm going to try Herbie's home fries next time. Tx. for sharing, Slipmaloney :)

This is so simple and a very satisfying meal. I do, as other reviewers also stated, sautee the sliced sausage before adding the rest of the ingredients.

Very good. I sauteed the veggies (plus onions) seasoned with garlic salt and pepper first, and browned the sausage separately. Then put everything together to finish cooking. Too much stuff to get nice and brown in a pan at the same time.

delicious, I used chunks of potatoes kielbasa and peppers... sauted the potatoes firstin olive oil and added thyme and grill seasoning.. then added chicken broth to potatoes .. after a few minutes added the peppers and kielbasa and cooked on low til potatoes were fork tender... adding more broth to keep moist and from burningand drying out. also gave something to sop up with bread.. mmmmmmmmmm made this again for a meal at my local bingo... cut everything bite size and used red onions and some carrots I had left over . also added mushrooms.. made alot so I also used stock and made it a soup.. brought only one bowl home from making a big stock pot half full it was that good. added steak seasoning and other spices. yummo

This is pretty good stuff. I cooked the pepper and onion separately, and just added it to the potatoes and sausage when the potatoes were done. I think next time I will add a couple cloves of garlic to cook with the onion and peppers.

I didn't think it would be that good when I first read it, but it really was! I did make a few changes, which you really should try. First, I cubed up some potatos and heat those up first in just a little EVOO, then I added chunks of green and red pepper and sliced onion and the sliced up kielbasa and partially covered. Then, I seasoned with garlic powder and pepper, a little salt and paprika. Then I sprinkled some worshtershire sauce over it and stir fryed a bit longer until the potatos were tender. OMG! The flavor was out of this world. Thank you for sharing!

This recipe was good but not great. The dish did not have enough flavor for me, even after adding cayenne pepper.
