I thought this was ok. It was a nice way to cook kielbasa. There was a spice that was overpowering in it either the thyme or a spice in the Italian seasoning. I think I would use different spice if I did it again. It was an economical meal and tasted fine, just nothing spectacular. Thanks for sharing.

I made this recipe, with a few twists of my own, and it turned out fabulous! with the ingredients that were already included, I added a can of tomatoes and after dishing it up, I added some shredded cheddar cheese, I will definitely be cooking this recipe again!

My daughter made this last night and it was excellent. Perfect for a winter's night. She didn't use the chilies or the thyme, but I can't see where that would have made a difference. She did mix up the beans, but again, I don't think that would have changed things at all. It was such a great "comfort" type dish. Perfect.

This was very good. I won't give it 5 stars yet because I made it without the beans, but it was super tasty and nice for a change during the week.

This stew has a great flavor. I followed the recipe pretty closely and when it was done I put it in a 9x13 cassarole dish and spooned cornbread mix on top and baked it to form a cornbread crust. My daughter had asked for kielbasa pot pie and this is what I came up with. It got great reviews from the whole family.

Kept this very simple (and decreased the cooking time) by leaving out the veggies. Though it was very salty everyone seemed to like it. I wonder how it would be if you drained the beans...will try that next time.

My husband really enjoyed this. It's a great recipe. I left out the carrots and green peppers, I didn't have any. I also didn't have italian seasoning or thyme, so I spiced it using oregano, parsley, celery flakes, chili powder, and some red pepper flakes. That worked out pretty well for me I think it had a real nice flavor. I also used a can of black beans and a can of great northern beans.

I loved this dish. Smoky, just the right amount of spice to it. I didn't have the tomato sauce, but I did have a can of crushed tomatoes, and it turned out great.

Stew was very good! Giving it 4 stars out of 5: It didn't blow me away, but all enjoyed this, kids, husband and myself alike. This is a good, solid recipe and easy to make on a weeknight. I served it over rice. Don't skimp on the quality of sausage you use...it's always best to pay a little more for a good sausage with a low fat content.

I didn't have Northern Beans so I used Kidney Beans instead. Nor did I have the green chilies. This was turned out really good. Will make again. Probably with more Kielbasa though.

I made this for our company Christmas potluck lunch yesterday and it was a big hit with most of the men in the room! I found it to be yummy but I'm not a HUGE bean fan. It would taste excellent with rice too. I may try it that way next time!

This was very tasty and so easy to make. I followed the exact recipe and I have to say two things: 1) Do not skip the crumbled bacon because it really makes the dish and 2) reduce the thyme by 1/2. Thyme is such a strong flavor that both my brother and boyfriend thought it completely overpowered the flavor of all the other wonderful ingredients. That said, I served this with a dollop of sour cream on top and some sourdough rolls and it was a hit! I will definitely make this again, especially on a cold night.
