We enjoyed this a lot, and I will make it again. However, in the future, I will change the cooking order. I'll brown the sausage first. It's difficult to get it to truly brown in the sauteeing onions and peppers because of the juices coming out of the veggies. After browning the sausage, I'll add all the veggies at once, including the cabage. Doing it as directed, my onions and peppers were almost mush by the time the cabbage was the tender-crisp I was looking for. I'd prefer all the veggies tender-crisp, not just the cabbage. I may add a bit more seasoning, too, next time. Maybe some season salt or some crushed red pepper for a little kick? Oh, and I used red cabbage. It was BEAUTIFUL! Careful not to overdo red cabbage, though, as it will start to turn grey if cooked too long.

This was pretty good. I used olive oil instead of butter, and ended up adding 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic for a little flavor. I also sliced 3 potatoes and added those in the beginning. They added a little more to the dish to make it a full meal. This is a good one if you are in a hurry, and easy on the budget if you are a a little short before pay day.

Whoa, this was yummy. Used turkey keilbasa & browned it before adding it to the veggies. Extra seasoning included garlic, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Sour cream garnish added a creamy touch.

Wow!! This is one of those recipes I found by typing in ingredients I had on hand. And I was pleased once again with the results. The only change I made is to use bacon grease instead of the margarine (southern thing). It was great. wish I had doubled the recipe so I had more leftovers.

This is delicious! I made this tonight for dinner and didn't want to stop eating. I used more onion than called for because I love sweet onions. I will definitely make this again.

This is similar to a recipe my mom made growing up with bulk pork sausage. This version is less greasy and is a nice warm, filling meal. It is easy to modify for your specific tastes; we topped it with sour cream and parmesan cheese.

Delicious! I doubled the whole thing, left out the green peppers (because I don't like them), used 1 cup chicken broth and served everything over wide egg noodles. It was easy to make and my whole family loved it - even my husband.

Mmm.. this is great! I doubled the recipe. Highly recommend using chicken broth. Although I would do reduced sodium broth and cut out the salt, as the kielbasa already has a good amount of salt in it. Overall, nice, quick, and easy dish!

Excellent one-pot meal. I veganized it with Tofurky Kielbasa sausage and vegetable broth. I added some garlic and red pepper as per other reviewers' suggestions - although just a dash of the pepper (I'm a wimp). The end result was flavorful and hearty!
