Absolutely delicious! I used all red peppers and turkey kielbasa. I also broiled these for about 15 minutes, turning and basting a couple times in between. This was a great fall dinner.

I actually just make this as a stir fry and it is really good. I serve it over rice.

I know, it sounds strange, but it is GREAT! We make it for friends often, they love it. Give it a try, just like it says.

SO so good!! I know, it might look odd, but don't be afraid to try this recipe!! I like to be adventurous for others, and took this to a cook-out as the main dish for about 12 good friends - and they all loved it!! I about doubled it. I made a little bit of a different glaze, using apple and orange juice, soy sauce and some peach jam with a little brown sugar - pretty simple. (It's easy to change the glaze to your taste, so play around with it if you like, just keep the idea...) I also added some onions to the skewers. GREAT change of pace, and the sausage was really nice because it cooks SO quickly. We did not have ANY left-overs, and even the kids like them! I'm loving this recipe idea - thanks for sharing!

This is delicious! I did change one thing -- I don't use apples. We tried it with apples, and didn't like the way that they cooked, so we use pineapple chunks (from the can) and they compliment the sauce very well. One guest said that it was the best kielbasa that they ever put in their mouth! My Dad said that they glaze really made the dish. EXCELLENT!

Great recipe! I wouldn't change anything. It has such a great taste of sweet, sour, & savory. I used both kielbasa and smoked sausage and Fugi apples. Be sure to make the apple wedges fairly thick so they will stay on the skewers. The basting sauce absolutely makes this recipe. We'll have this again.
