Bahamian Baked Grouper

This recipe is great for grouper fillets, but you can also use it with tilapia. It's both healthy and flavorful! You don't have to love fish to love this dish. Serve it with rice and cole slaw to complete the meal.

A super simple broiled grouper fillet recipe for all of you grouper groupies. Fillets 1 inch thick take about 12 to 14 minutes to cook properly. If using thinner fillets, reduce cooking time accordingly.

Fresh grouper is my absolute favorite. It is a mild fish and this recipe may entice even those who don't like fish to make it a favorite. The recipe is super easy and can be served with a minimum preparation and cooking time. Perfect for a warm summer evening supper. Garnish with lemon twists and parsley before serving.

A crispy baked fish topped with a cheesy crab and pepper mixture. Easy to make, and nice to look at. This topping can also be used to stuff mushrooms. You may use any type of cheese that you like in this recipe - Italian cheeses work especially well.

This savory dish gets its distinctive flavor from vermouth and oregano, not to mention the browned feta cheese!

Firm, delicious grouper tastes fantastic with a Creole-style rub and topped with a crab and shrimp sauce.

This recipe from the Florida Keys has been given to almost everyone I know. It is the best marinade for chicken, and it only takes 30 minutes from prep till you can grill! It's a great blend of flavors with honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. If you have time, try marinating overnight for the fullest flavor.

When I bought a bottle of Key Lime juice on vacation in Florida, I wondered what I would do with it... Now this recipe is a staple in our kitchen! I hope you enjoy it too! The longer you marinate, the better the sweet-sour combo gets!

Our Test Kitchen shares this recipe for tender haddock fillets mildly seasoned with lemon and dill. They're accompanied by thick and creamy homemade tartar sauce. Use up the extra fish in the two dishes that follow.

These fish fillets are quick to fix...and they bake in no time! Brushed with ranch salad dressing and coated with seasoned stuffing crumbs and parsley, the cod fillets are moist and flavorful. Our Test Kitchen sized the recipe to feed just two.
