Really excellent flavor for such a simple recipe. Followed exactly except let it marinate for 3-4 hours.

Tried the recipe as written and thought it wonderful! Moist, juicy, with just the right tang to make it rather refreshing. Great recipe. Served it with lemony pasta on the side which accented the flavor well, will try it with one of those basil/tomato/mozzarella salads next time.

Followed the suggestions made by "Melissa and Adam" and the chicken came out wonderful. (sort reviews by most helpful). Only other suggestion...marinade the meat in a ziploc bag. This will give you much more bang from your marinade. Thanks!

These were very good. I doubled the recipe and marinated the chicken overnight. I didn't get enough of the lime flavor, it was a small lime. I think next time I will used the Lime Juice that comes in the plastic lime container.

I marinaded this for about 5 hours. It tasted pretty good but I wasn't wowed by the recipe. It's worth keeping in the box because it's good and easy.

This was great on the grill! I used olive oil instead and marinated for about an hour. I also brushed the extra sauce onto the chicken while on the grill. The chicken stayed juicy and flavorful. I will be making this again!

This recipe was quick and easy. I added more lime, garlic and traded the vegtable oil for EVOO. The flavors mesh together so well and turned out excellent. This will definately be a keeper in our house

Very good. Put the marinade together in the morning, cooked it that evening. Served with steamed carrots and brown rice.

I wanted to make something that would be good served cold, so I stole the marinade idea, tweaked it, and used it to marinate and bake tilapia. (It'd be great with any fish I'm sure). This was amazing! I doubled the recipe, used coconut oil instead of the veg oil, and the juice of about 3 limes, and a bit less soy sauce than called for, and fresh garlic with a bit of black pepper. The coconut/lime combo was amazing, and everyone loved it. Don't skip the honey! Serve it in more of the sauce and it's incredible.

I thought this was good, I barbecued it myself. Hubby and daughter really like the taste of it and ate more than I did, which is a big deal for them since they are not wild about chicken.

This is THE best way to grill chicken. I doubled the marinade, and let it chill in the refrigerator for a two days (was supposed to be one, but other dinner plans came up). This made the meat sooo tender and the flavors really melded together.

Delicious and so easy! I used boneless chicken thighs and grilled on a gas grill. I made extra marinade for a dipping sauce. I will be making this over and over. So tasty!

This was pretty good. I used a little less soy sauce, but the exact amount of everything else. I was hoping for more lime flavor. Next time I will add more lime. The chicken was very tender and moist. My kids really liked this. I cooked it on the George Forman.

very juicy and tender but a little bland. I doubled the lime juice and honey and added a bit of italian seasoning; it was on the salty side even using low salt soy sauce. I expected it to be a bit sweeter. I'll kick it up a notch with seasoning next time.
