Read reviews and thought this would be a good and quick meal. It was quick but as for the good part... I may as well have marinated it in soy sauce.

We really liked the flavor of this chicken. I baked the breasts in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 mins. I will use this marinade again.

My husband like the chicken, but he ate a very doctored version of it. When I followed the directions, the chicken seemed a bit sweet. I added pepper, garlic powder and a little salt to rescue it. I don't like having to add something to a recipe. just my take.

Fantastic exactly as described. My chicken was nice and juicy. I cooked it inside on our George Foreman grill.

Like others, I made extra sauce and baked it. I'm not a big white chicken eater, but this marinade is good. I would cut down on the soy sauce next time and really kick up the lime - the flavor didn't come through.

I loved this!! I used a little extra lime juice becaue I didn't want to waste it. The honey I used was a tanagrine honey, and I think it added a nice flavor. This will be one of my regulars. Thank you!

LOVE IT! It makes my mouth water just thinking about it. My husband doesn't like honey but he enjoys Key West chicken.

This is the best grilled chicken recipe EVER! I make it all the time on my foreman grill. Pesto noodles or pesto rice accent this dish to the max! My hubby says this meal tastes better than at a restaurant. And I agree!

This was really delicious and definitely easy to make. Like one of the other reviewers I baked this in the oven at 350 degrees. I didn't discard the marinade, but poured it over the chicken in the pan after marinading and baked it all together

Flavorful. I think adding some fresh ginger will be a great addition so I Lisa Swenson for that idea.

I marinaded the chicken for about 2-3 hours in a baking dish so the chicken was soaking about 1/2 way down in the marinade. I then baked it in the same dish at 425 for about 25 minutes. The flavor was great and the chicken was nice and moist. Good flavoring, but not overwhelming. Good and easy recipe worth repeating!

I'm surprised I didn't like this recipe. For me, the soy sauce and garlic was way too overbearing...., and I love soy sauce and garlic. I will try again but next time I will cut the amounts of those 2 ingredients by half.
