This is my first time making key lime pie, and it turned out sooo good!! I did not do the zest and increased the lime juice to 1 full cup. I did get very tiny bubbles at about 10 minutes. I love the tart and sweet!! I will not be trying another recipe for key lime pie.

This is really good, I love tart and the lime in this gives the pie a nice refreshing tart flavor. Very good, Thanks.

I made this because it's one of my boyfriend's favorite desserts; I was nervous because he can be critical sometimes. He was very impressed and I was pleasantly surprised. A few weeks later, we ate dinner at Morton's Steak House in Houston and ordered their key lime pie to see how it compared and not to toot my own horn, but it wasn't even close!! I'm convinced we will never order key lime pie in restaurants again; it is so cheap and so easy to do it at home now! Thank you, justamom!!

The recipe has worked out great everytime. I always end up with extra filling, so I think next time I will cut the condensed milk back to 2.5 cups (and keep the lime juice the same! (of course, I still have to try this). Great recipe, everyone always loves it.

This recipe was great! We accidentally used too much condensed milk--oops! We also used a few more limes to get more lime-y flavor :) It turned out great!! Thanks!

This pie was excellent. I used Key Lime juice found in the supermarket. I brought it to a Jimmy Buffet Party and it was gone in an instant. I used a springform pan, 9 inches, and doubled the recipe. Made my own graham cracker crust. What a beautiful presentation. The only thing I would have changed was to add whipped cream to the top as a decoration.

Absolutely incredible Key Lime Pie! I used regular limes because I live in Montana and could not find Key Limes. I ended up with 1 cup of juice but it turned out great, and I did not use a graham cracker crust because I prefer the flour ones. My husband said it was the BEST PIE he ever ate!! YAY! Note: I did have to bake it longer than 10 min. but I am @ a higher altitude. Definately making this again. :-)

My Family loved this pie. It was very easy to make and tasted good, but I think I would have preferred a stronger lime flavor. I plan to make this again and add more lime or maybe even lemon juice. I also used the Graham Cracker Crust II recipe and it turned out perfect. :-)

This might be the best Key Lime pie I've ever made, and I've made A LOT! I used some key lime juice I got on a recent trip to Key West, FL which made it SO easy! (I used regular lime zest). Three cups of sweetened condensed milk is 2 2/3 cans, if anyone is wondering. I saw the bubbles forming after 10 minutes in the oven -- they are easy to see if you look for their reflection against the light. This was definitely a great pie.

We like the flavor of this key lime pie, but for me the consistency was just a little 'off'. I'll keep looking for a recipe that is a little lighter in texture.

"Yummmmm!" that's exactly what my sister had to say about this pie. I changed up the recipe some with regards to the lime. I used lime juice, like the kind you get in a bottle, so I did not have any lime zest to add to the pie. I found it was lacking that extra kick for me without the zest, I just felt like something was missing. It could have also been that I didn't use juice from key limes (which I've never seen or even really heard of before). The pie was still great though, and I have no doubt that had I made it the way the recipe called for, it would have been awesome.

The taste was good but the color threw me. It didn't resemble the look of key lime. Also it was a heavier consistency than I expected - my came out close to a cheesecake consistency.

It really doesn't get any simpler or better than this. Can be made with lemon, lime or any combinaion of the two. Next, I'm going to try cherry juice...
