My husband said it was "delicious" and he was right. I substituted Italian sausage for the ground beef and served it with garlic bread.

The recipe was excellent, this is the first time i made stuffed peppers, I did however add a can of diced tomatoes and lots of garlic salt.

10 Thumbs up *literally*!! Every person in my house who ate these really enjoyed them. I changed the recipe slightly by using a can of crushed tomatoes instead of the tomato sauce. The mozzerella cheese is really what separates these stuffed peppers from other recipes. It was a very nice twist on a good old favorite.

Wonderful right out of the oven...would be very easy to make for a large dinner party. I served with mashed potatoes and garlic bread! Yum

I threw in a handfull of graded cheddar cheese, and it really added to the flavour. A perfect recipe for either a fancy meal with friends, or a family get together with kids.

These were great, my favorite stuffed pepper recipe. I loved that there aren't a lot of ingredients, and they were easy to make. They were moist and very flavorful - a keeper!
