I made this last night and it was so easy. I didn't have any barbecue and left out the mustard since I didn't have the barbecue and let me just say my husband and I really, really LOVED IT!!! I will definitely make this more often. Thank you!!!

A good quick recipe. I used honey mustard, and it was a little too 'honey' for us, but still good. A good alternative to a favorite from this site, Smoky Mountain Chicken, which uses lunch meat ham as well.

5 stars for flavor and ease of preparation. I cook my bacon before putting it on the chicken, and I bake the chicken in the oven. The hardest part of this recipe is cooking the bacon!!

I really enjoyed this. I 'thinned' the breasts by slicing in half to speed up cooking time. Baked in toaster oven and it turned out good. Served with the Garlic Broccoli from this site and cooked in microwave.

Great recipe!! My hubby and I coat the chicken with flour and lightly sear on all sides before baking. Keeps the juices in very well!! Such a yummy recipe!! :) Even my 18 month old loved it!

I didn't precook the chicken, and waited to add the cheese until there was only about 5 min left, then sprinkled with real bacon bits. We enjoyed this, it just didn't wow me.

I loved this and so did my kids!! I did do a few things differently....I put my chicken in the oven raw instead of cooking it a little bit before hand, and I cooked my bacon as suggested by someone and added the cheese at the last 5 minutes. Very tender chicken....will definatly be making this again. Thanks for the recipe and for the helpful reviews.

Easy, fast, delicious weeknight meal. I did not fry the chicken ahead of time (did not want the added fat from frying in oil) and it was fine after 30 mins. in the oven. Waited until last 10 minutes to add cheese; I think if you cooked the cheese for 20-30 mins. it would be like a brick. I will definitely be making this one every week!

Followed recipe as written, except didn't pre-cook the chicken and added green onions and chopped tomatoes toward the end of baking. Reminds me of my favorite dish at Chili's! Very good and super easy.
