Chicken Chili

Chicken makes a nice alternative to beef or pork in this substantial chili with beans. Try it as a deluxe taco filling, too.

This is a wonderful dish for cold winter days that really fills you up! My mother used to make this for my family and it quickly became a favorite. This isn't your normal 'hot' chili and it's a great change of pace. It's best when served with buttered saltine crackers. This chili also freezes well.

Flecks of jalapeno and red and yellow bell peppers accent this hot, zesty chicken and white bean chili. Not for the timid.

This is the chili recipe the gang eats at Purdue Boilermaker football games. I always prep and cook the chili the night before and then reheat the next day. This is a combination of many different tomato-based chili recipes. Good luck and enjoy.

You're not going to believe how awesome this chili tastes and how easy it is to make. I make batches and take it to work for lunch for the week. It's really filling and very healthy. You can substitute the chili beans with kidney beans if you wish, but be sure to drain them if you do. It's even better the next day, and if you omit the optional cheese, it's vegan-friendly!

This is an old family recipe that my mom has cooked for 50 years. It's a wonderful, 'stick-to-the-ribs' meal that goes great with warm cornbread or rolls. I find that kids love this when they don't like regular 'spicy' chili.

An interesting meatless chili involving an array of spices and vegetables. Adjust the spicy seasonings to make it as hot as you like!

Thirty Minute Chili

This is a great recipe for a quick four ingredient chili for those cold nights when the kids have hockey or any sport and you have to run around! Of course, adding cheese and onions if you have time will enhance this meal, as will saltine crackers. Enjoy!
