Very tasty! I swapped half the butter for applesauce and half the all-purpose flour for whole wheat, and they still turned out thick, rich, and moist. Thanks for sharing!
There seems to be way too much butter in this recipe. Mine came out with a layer of oil fat bubbling on top. Oh well. Onto the next.
Ignore the negative reviews-- this recipe is excellent. Brownies were thick and moist, and cut really well. My coworkers loved them.
My hubby says my homemade icing is what made the brownies but I loved them just as much with out! They are definately the best ever especially with an added measure of Kaluha... ;) Thanx!

These were very good. I had to bake them a little longer than stated in recipe. I added a pinch of cinnamon and cayenne pepper...I know it sounds strange but those two spices are wonderful in chocolate.
I made these brownies and they were awesome. I used Ghiradelli cocoa powder and substituted the butter with oil and they tasted even better than the box brownies. Thanks for this good recipe.
(These did not come out. After 20 min. it was bubbling so I put it in for another 10 minutes. When I took it out, all the butter was on top of the actual brownie and it all tasted bad. Maybe I did something wrong, but I don't think so.) sorry for the bad review the first time, I just found out that i put in doble the butter. i made it again-it was awesome!
