This is an easy gourmet appetizer. I've brought this to several parties and it is always a hit! I often add some chopped green olives to the olive mixture and a little more balsamic. Goat cheese may also be used in place of the cream cheese. Serve with slices of French bread or crackers.

This spicy-salty-sweet tapenade is wonderful served with a sliced baguette or plain crackers. It can also be mixed together with cream cheese and/or sour cream for a great vegetable dip, or tossed with pasta, potatoes or rice.

This recipe was given to me by a coworker for the holidays. It is best when made with olives purchased at a deli. Serve with your favorite cracker, baguettes or thin italian bread slices.

Roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts and garlic are the main flavors in this bright tapenade. This simple recipe can be used as a dip for vegetables and pita triangles or as a sandwich spread.
