This is a nice change from ordinary quiche. Full of ham, wild rice, mushrooms, red bell peppers, and flavored with a touch of Dijon mustard, this quiche is fabulous for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. And the meat & veggie mixture is terrific simply scrambled with eggs for a quickie meal!

These meat-mixture filled rolls make a great main dish, and are also great as a snack. They reheat well, so leftovers are also great! Sauerkraut can be used in place of the cabbage for more of a 'kraut flavor'.

For old-fashioned comfort food roll out a dough of flour, milk, baking powder, salt, eggs, water and oil. Fill rounds of dough with a blend of cottage cheese, eggs and black pepper, then boil and serve with a sauce of flour, cream and sauteed ham.
