Ingredients

  • 5 slices KRETSCHMAR® Peppered Turkey
  • 2 slices mozzarella
  • 1 roll
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon prepared pesto
  • 1 vine-ripened tomato, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves

Directions

  1. Mix mayonnaise and pesto until light green in a small bowl.
  2. Cut the roll in half and spread the pesto mayonnaise on both slices.
  3. Add the peppered turkey, mozzarella cheese, tomato slices and basil leaves, then place the remaining slice of roll on top.

I made this for my birthday fishing trip.. I took my 3 little boy cousins they are 7 years 12...

I used swiss instead of mozzarella cheese and it was great!
