Cooking times are way off. Also, after you put the simmer sauce and finishing sauce in the skillet, any hope of having a "crunchy" coating on your pork is long gone. The coating didn't even stick to the pork, let alone stay crunchy. It tasted alright, but I think this recipe didn't go through the testing kitchens rigorously enough before they published it.
