Original Recipe Yield 4 mugs
 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
  • 1 (10 ounce) package regular marshmallows
  • 6 cups KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* cereal
  • Prepared frosting
  • Red food coloring
  • Chocolate syrup

Directions

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt margarine or butter and marshmallows in a microwave set on HIGH for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Stir until mixture is smooth.
  2. Add KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* cereal and red food colouring, stirring until well coated. Allow cereal mixture to cool slightly. With buttered hands, shape cereal mixture into mugs, reserving small portions of cereal mixture for handles. Attach handle to mug with frosting. Add chocolate syrup for 'coffee' colour. Decorate as desired.
