this was my first molasses cookie recipe I have ever used and it was awesome. I also tried rolling in splenda instead of sugar and they were great. It is a keeper...

Thought these were excellent. The recipe makes a ton so I would probably half it and I would be careful not to overcook. A keeper.

We were looking for cookies that tasted like Starbuck's molasses cookies and these exceeded our expectations! They come out very BIG and chewy. Everyone loves them! A tip that might be useful: before you measure the molasses, spray the measuring cup with Pam or non-stick spray - this really helps the molasses come out easier.

I just made these and they were delicious. Nice and chewey and crunchy from the sugar. I was very concerned about flat cookies so after the initial chill, I rolled the cookies then rolled in sugar and then put cookie sheet with cookies in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes before baking. This is a forever keeper!! This was my first molasses cookie and I may not try any others. Thanks for a great recipe.

Great cookie, everyone loved them. Flavor size is reminiscent of the Ginger Molasses cookies at Paradise Cafe, although they are thinner. I wish I could find a cookie with this flavor and size but thicker, like a peanut butter cookie.

While the taste is good and they look great, they turned out very hard and I followed the recipe exact. I won't be using this recipe again.

These jumbo cookies are delicious and easy to make with my kitchen aid mixer. I brought a pan of them to work and got raves. I had left over cream cheese frosting, and candy sprinkles I added. very good flavor, my kitchen smelled sooo good while these are baking. I will use this recepie again and again
