1 1/2 pounds
cooked seafood mix (such as octopus, squid, shrimp, and surimi)
roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
red onion, diced
hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)
1 1/2 teaspoons
avocado - peeled, pitted and diced
add 2 sliced avocados and its perfect
This has an excellent amount of spice-- not too strong, but there is a slight kick to it.
The point of 'ceviche' is to cook the seafood in the lime juice. If the seafood is already cooked, then you can't call it ceviche. Call it 'seafood salad'...
