I've made this recipe twice, and my husband has LOVED it both times. He says he'd give it 10 stars - and that's coming from someone who's not a pork chop person. As far as he's concerned, it's the only way for me to make them!
It seems to work well with both boneless and bone-in chops, and I've marinated it for anywhere from 3 to 5 hours with great results. I also use lite/reduced sodium soy sauce for it, fresh crushed garlic and freshly ground pepper. Per one of the other reviews, I threw in a dash of ground ginger as well.
