These are unbelievable. My fiance does not like anything remotely hot so I don't use the cayenne pepper, but otherwise I make them just as shown. The same recipe makes amazing meatballs.

My family loves this burger! The only change I make is not using Worchesdter Sause and instead use a Teriyaki sauce. Our family likes that taste better. This is easy to make and does make juicy burgers, even with 85% lean meat. Go for it...you won't regret this recipe.

As a first time attempt at making hamburgers not purchased with a large drink and soggy fries, this recipe was a perfect choice. Not only was I able to play around with the recipe to suit my own palate, but using the George Foreman grill as mentioned by the previous reviewers was incredibly easy. Thank you for the great recipe, it will be one I will keep for a long time to come.

These were so great and very juicy! I have used both ground beef and ground turkey, it worked great for both! If you want something to add a little extra I put bacon bits in the meat when mixing together. The best burger recipe I have found. Husband and family loved it!!

This hamburger is great... if you like meatloaf! And luckily we do. The only change I made was to sub. 2% for the milk--didn't want to waste a whole can.

The burgers were good, but I only give them a 3 because they taste too much like meatballs or meatloaf. If I want a burger I want it to taste like a burger.

This burger was recipe was very good! Very tasty!! Mine were not really juicy or really dry that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5! I followed the recipe and cooked them on my foreman gill. I think that this recipe would be great meatballs!!.

Best burgers I've ever made. I used paprika instead of cayenne pepper and mile because I didn't have evap. milk but they turned out great. I will make them again for sure!
