I've been a member of allrecipes for years. This is my first review. I was craving a tasty and juicy hamburger, not the average burger. I tried this recipe and WOW! The best hamburger I ever cooked. I did it on my George Foreman because I was starving and didn't want to wait on the charcoal. I added some seasoned salt and it was perfect. This is a KEEPER! Thanks!

Very easy and juicy! The whole family loved it and they keep asking for me to make it again! The only addition I made is that I added some mustard, chopped onion, and dried parsley. Turned out great

REALLY good; I used half and half in place of the evap milk, since I had some opened; otherwise kept to the recipe. My son-in-law ate two and said they were the best hamburgers he's ever eaten!

I prepped these burgers and then headed to the lake for a few hours when I came back hubby had grilled these up and said "Those were great burgers and really Juicy" LOL so I guess they passed the test. Even my cold burger was still juicy. Great recipe! I used 3 lbs ground beef, 2 egg yolks, 3 handfuls of Italian bread crumbs, 1/4 c milk,3 T Worcestershire, 3 cloves garlic 1 T onion powder. They were just the burger I was hoping for.

We had this tonight and I won't say it was bad, but it was not great. The flavor was okay, but the texture of this is practically meatloaf. It's mushy with too many bread crumbs.

These burgers were okay... they were juicy, but over all the flavor was just okay. Nothing to brag about. I thought the patties tasted a little fluffy I guess, maybe as a result of the breadcrumbs? I'm going to look for another recipe for next time.

This is an excellent recipe for burgers. I get frustrated trying to make a burger that isn't dried out. This is IT. I followed the recipe exactly except I didn't have evaporated milk so I used 1% which is what I had on hand. If it was this good with milk I can't imagine how much better it would be with the evaporated milk. Make sure you try this recipe, you won't be disappointed.
