This is fantastic!! Just like Macaroni Grill. I made a copycat version of the Macaroni Grill dipping sauce to go with this....it was great! The only slight change I made was to only use 1/2 TBL. rosemary instead of 1 TBL. Besides that, my husband wants me to make this all the time. :) Thank you Jo for submitting this recipe.

I made this with a sourdough starter on bread stone. I spritzed it with olive oil and toped it with course sea salt. The crust was very delicate and the bread had an excellent flavor. I didn't give it five stars because it was too soft.

The best bread I've ever made! Used fresh thyme and rosemary instead of dry, it was gone within an hour :)

Delicious bread! I used the tip that suggested using milk instead of the water, also used slightly less than a tablespoon of rosemary. It turned out very moist. Great served with dipping oil/seasoning just like in a restaurant.

This was the best rosemary bread I have ever had. It was very moist, and the crust was perfect! The only change I made was to use all-purpose flour instead of bread flour (didn't have any bread flour).

I thought this dough was going to kill my bread machine!! It was squeaking and shaking, which has never happened before! I saved it by taking it out after the first knead and let rise in my warm oven. I then baked it at 375 for 30 minutes as someone had suggested. The only changes I made were milk instead of water, applesauce instead of oil and topped it with parm cheese. Overall it was very yummy, but I almost lost my bread machine...no loaf is worth that!

My husband and I love this bread. I probably make it about once a week. to make it a little healthier I now replace one cup of white flour with wheat flour and you can't tell the difference.

Mmmmm, absolutely wonderful. My husband and I made this recipe exactly as shown and it is so good. We're on our 3rd loaf, which the 3rd time I added 2tbsp's onion flakes. Our machine makes 2-1/2lb loaves but this recipe makes about 1/2 a loaf. Not sure how to adjust the recipe to make a bigger loaf. Our egg salad and flakes of turkey sandwiches are to die for.

Too heavy, it didn't rise. Not sure why as I followed it to the T. I used the bread machine on Basic setting. It also had too much rosemary.

SO GOOD! This disappeared within twelve hours of baking! I used a 1.5 tbsp fresh rosemary, trying to find a safe medium in regards to the other reviews, and it was perfect! I also made it completely by hand because I don't have any of that fancy schmancy gadgets.

One of the best breads I've ever made! I used unbleached all-purpose flour and it turned out great. Let my bread maker mix the dough and cooked it in the oven on a baking stone @375 for 30min. Brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with salt and a wee bit more rosemary. My in-laws raved!!! They are 100% Italian.

This is the best bread I have ever eaten, period! It was so good that I made four loaves in two days as gifts. Everyone who has tried it raved on and on about how good it is. I have made other breads and they say they're good being polite but this bread made everyone honestly go bonkers!

No wonder this is a 5-star recipe, it's BETTER than the bread from Macaroni Grill! Like someone else suggested, I brushed the tops with egg beater's and sprinkled with sea salt. It totally looked professional :).

I made this recipe with a Sunbeam Bread Machine that I had just removed from the box. It is amazingly good and the texture is perfect. I used two tablespoons of fresh rosemary from my garden instead of dried. I followed the recipe to the letter otherwise. I just replaced the $4.00 a loaf Rosemary bread from the bakery.
