excellent bread as written. I did try it with 1 cup of whole wheat as another reviewer suggested and that was WAY too much whole wheat flour, the flavor of the herbs was lost. Last time, I also added a few tsp of vital wheat gluten (some of the recipe exchange members recommended this) and it made for an excellent, tender texture. Very good bread!!

OH MY GOSH! This was so so so good! My husband has begged me to make this everyday since I made it. I followed the recipe just as it was written, however, I did bake it in a 375 degree oven for 30 mins instead of in the breadmaker. I've even had a neighbor as she'll pay me to make this for her. Seriously won't be wasting your time trying this recipe it really is that good!

This bread is excellent!! Made it per the recipe - wouldn't change a thing. Used white bread setting, 1 1/2 lb., medium crust.

This was fantastic! I made it to go along with the Rosemary-Mushroom Chicken Soup from the latest Pillsbury cookbook, Budget Meals (I think). I love what olive oil does to a bread and it was divine when dipped into the soup (and on it's own). Excellent

Phenomenal bread! I love to serve it with Chicken Vegetable Noodle soup and dunk it in the broth! The combination of chicken with the rosemary in the bread is fabulous! This has become a recipe favorite in our house! Perfect texture and flavor. I think it is best eaten while still warm. Leftovers are good but nothing compared to right from the oven or bread machine!

I make this exactly as the recipe calls for and it comes out perfect every time. I set my machine for a 1 1/2 lb. loaf with light crust. Thanks Jo!

Like this recipe needs another five star rating but I can't help it. This bread was so good. I've made it three times so for and it turns out great everytime. I use fresh rosemary and I double the amount of rosemary because my family just loves us some rosemary. :) I make this by hand and after it comes out of the oven I brush it with olive oil and sprinkle sea salt on the top.

I make this in the oven, as I don't care for the shape of bread machine loaves. After punching down the first time, I sprinkle sea salt on the dough. Gives just a little bit of punch.

This is just like Macaroni Grill. It is great and smells great. BUT- I didn't do it right because I don't have a bread machine. It was very flat? chewy? Anyone have exact way to make this without bread machine?

This is quite good! I didn't have any rosemary (which is shocking - I LOVE it and normally have some!)...I used Italian seasoning, basil and black pepper. I only gave four stars simply because I prefer a slightly heavier bread. I will absolutely make this recipe again. It's fab for grilled cheese with soup too...comfort food!

Very good! Even our 2 year old loves this! We use fresh rosemary because we have 2 large rosemary plants and it's very good.

I don't know that it tastes like the Macaroni Grill's Bread, but I do know that it is very good...I made a 1 lb loaf in my bread machine, but hope that I can double the ingredients to make a 2 lb loaf as that will last much longer (AHA about 4 hours instead of 2) in my family!!!!!
