"This is my step-dad's recipe, which is incredible with beef tenderloin steaks or even less expensive cuts of meat like flank steak. The best part is, you can use it as a basting sauce while grilling."

I loved it. It has a "just right" taste. I used maple syrup instead of sugar .....same thing...yummy. I used it for chicken wings. Thanks.
This time, I didn't have gin & used Tequila, and sugar and again...fantastic. Thanks again John, it's my go-to.
This was amazing on a tenderized cheap cut of steak. Definitely using it again. I am writing this half an hour after I ate the steak and i can still taste the marinade in the back of my mouth (in a good way!).
I was really surprised at how delicious this marinade turned out. Will definitely make again!
Would change nothing with this recipe it is awesome will try it with tequila next time 5 star
Using this on chicken thighs. Easy and quick and really good. Thanks.
