Tomato soup and tomato sauce figure prominently in this earthy casserole of ground beef sauteed with onions and celery. Fold everything together with cooked pasta and bake with a topping of grated Cheddar cheese.

This hearty recipe makes enough casserole to feed a crowd. A flavorful blend of ground pork and beef is sauteed in butter with onion, celery and green pepper, then baked with tomatoes, kidney beans, pasta and cheese.

I got this recipe from a friend, who got it from her aunt, who got it from...who knows? Whatever the original source, it's a tasty favorite that's a cinch to make.--Margaret Adams, North Vernon, Indiana

Ground beef, onion, mushrooms and noodles, tossed with tomato and mushroom soup and baked with a golden topping of American cheese. This is my favorite recipe and is very good with a tossed salad and garlic bread.

This is a recipe my Mother made often. The teenagers around my house inhale it. I usually saute the onion in a little butter before adding it to the dish and I microwave the spinach.
