These leave you wanting more. I did use 1.5 cups of flour rather than 1.25 cause the dough needed a little more body. Otherwise, they're awesome.

I do believe this is the first review I have ever done on AllRecipes though I have been using the website for years. Anyway, these cookies are the absolute best. I love to make cookies and for Christmas I make literally thousands of cookies. Until now I have never had a peanut butter cookie recipe that I have loved. My family has loved all of the previous PB cookie recipes I have made. But this one, I love. I cannot stop eating these cookies. I have made them several times over the course of the past couple of weeks. And every time I have been ecstatic about the way they have turned out. I didn't change anything about the recipe. It is perfect and now a part of my Christmas Cookie Lineup.

I thought this was an easy recipe. My peanut butter was pretty raw, meaning it was pure peanut and not much butter. So the cookies came out a bit dry. SO I would reccommend Jiffy or something a bit mainstream, mass made. Only for the moisture. Otherwise, the texture and the taste was very very good. I baked mine at 350 F for 10 min, even after putting the dough in the fridge after each batch.

The peanut butter taste is weak, the cookie a little dry, and this cookie is no where as rich as I would have liked.

The original recipe results in a very dry cookie. I didn't care for them, but my boyfriend liked them.

I have to agree with the below reviewer. These cookies came out greasy and not great. Has the recipe on line changed since it got all those great reviews? Tips for working with this greasy dough: refrigerate it for 25 minutes before attempting to roll it, and make small cookies.

I followed the recipe exactly, except for baking for an extra minute or two. I'm not sure what I did differently then everyone else who is raving about these cookies. Not sweet enough at all and extremely greasy. My three year old son wouldn't even eat them, nor would I. I'm glad I didn't double the recipe as I usually do.

Good cookie. The dough was a little softer than I expected, and they ended up having to be treated more like a drop cookie, since I really could not roll them into balls. Also, the flavor, while pleasant, did not have as strong a peanut butter flavor as I expected.

This recipe was super easy to make. Cookies tasted fantastic - a bit crispy on the outside, but moist on the inside. Way better than other dry peanut butter cookies. We added small chunks of Hershey candy bar on top for a peanut butter - chocolate flavor!

I made these cookies for my Mom & her friends last weekend & they're already requesting another batch this weekend. Only change I made was using extra crunchy peanut butter. Thanks for a new favorite.

I'm not much of a peanut butter fan, but I wanted to try making a batch for a friend. They turned out very light... not heavy and dense like I imagined they'd be. A definite hit - I've had requests for more ever since!

I followed this recipe exactly, and the cookies turned out great! This is an easy recipe containing basic ingredients which most everyone has in their cupboards. I did need to cook them for about 15 minutes, because when I took them out after 10 they were still a little runny. Very delicious!

I thought these turned out great. Dont know what people were doing wrong. Didnt have to change a thing. They came out of the oven beautiful, tasted great. Not all ovens work alike. (9 minutes in my oven were perfect. Soft and chewy. Peanut butter taste was great. I also used margarine and they didnt flatten out. Will use this recipe again

I thought these cookies were very good and my family loved them too. I used whole wheat flour instead of white and used crunchy peanut butter.ecipe was mixed in my kitchen aid and I added chocolate chips to half the batch. I personally prefered the plain ones but my kids loved the chocolate. They were delicious, especially with a glass of milk!
