Great flavor. Soft cookie that turned out more "dry" than moist and chewy. I used an insulated pan and it took 14 min to bake.

I love this recipe! At first I thought the dough needed more flour but I tried it the way it was (and added chocolate chips) and they came out great. I was making them every week for awhile until I realized I was gaining weight. :) I also shared the recipe with my sister who just called and asked for it again so she could send it to her friend. We all love it, yummm!

If you love peanut butter you'll love these cookies, they are terrific with a glass of milk. I normally don't tamper with a good thing, but on my second batch I added a milk chocolate kiss after making the fork marks, the peanut butter/chocolate combination makes the cookies even better.

Very good! Only bake as long as the directions say. I thought they were going to be underdone, but they turned out just right!

These were not as peanut buttery as they claim. I should have made a small batch first, but opted to make several dozen and over half went to waste! I would not make them again.

Wow so good. I ate so many just out of the oven. Although these are not very chewy at all. I prefer chewy cookies but the taste is so great, I can deal with the softness of this cookie. My family loved them. MY husband liked eating the dough more. Ty for the Rock Awsome recipe.

I have been searching for a peanut butter cookie recipe for about 8 years and now I can stop searching. I made the cookies large, I could only fit 9 on a cookie sheet and cooked them for 10-11 minutes. They were soft, chewy, and have a strong peanut butter taste. PERFECT. My second batch I substituted a 1/4 cup of white sugar with brown sugar so there was more brown sugar than white sugar. One word DELICIOUS.

This recipe is simply not good. The batter is much to sticky. Forget rolling it into balls, it's just not going to happen. The flavor is bland at best. The only ones that ate them greedily were my kids who simply don't know any better. I'll use a different recipe next time.

These are the only cookies my boyfriend ever wants me to make for him. If I make something else, he says, "These are great....can you make the peanut butter ones next time?" LOVE IT!

These peanut butter cookies turned out very well. Be careful not to overbake them. I added a about 1/4 extra peanut butter. The result: a very soft tender cookie.

***A few pointers: I signed up for this site just to review these cookies- I don't know how the person that gave it 1 start screwed it up, but this recipe is fantastic!!! I just want to add a few pointers to make sure everyone has cookies as good as mine. First- the consistency of the dough should be such that you can make little balls without the dough sticking to your hands. If your dough is too sticky, keep adding flour until it reaches this point. Second- make sure that you let them cool sufficiently on the tray before you remove them with a spatula- if you do this too soon they will tear or smush up because they are super soft. Once they have cooled on the cookie sheet, move them to aluminum foil and continue to let them cool.

Awful. I will never use this recipe again. I followed it exactly, the cookies were baked perfectly and once they cooled, they turned into hockey pucks--rock hard, dry and crumbly.

Very good! I am not a sweet tooth so these were made for my husband who is, and he really enjoyed them. I followed the recipe to the t, then cooked as directed for 8 min. (on middle rack)then put them one rack up for ab. 2 and half min. They came out perfect crunchy on the outside and moist and chewy in the inside. Not too sweet and a perfect peanut butter flavoring! Not sure if it is the perfect peanut butter cookie, but it's really yummy!

Doubled to make more. Cooked as instructed and they turned out good. Nice PB flavor but not too sweet. I really liked this one over any others - I will be sure to add it to my collection and get rid of the others. Nice and crispy but moist on the inside.
