5 stars for ease of preparation 4 stars for taste - overall 4 stars as only kielbasa and no chicken, shrimp etc. Still very good and will make again.

My family and I loved this! Basically stuck to the recipe as given...added black beans and leftover ham because I only had 1/2 lb of smoked sausage. Definitely going into the recipe rotation!

We loved this. I added Andouille sausage to make it more authentic and I also added 1 pound of medium uncooked shrimp. I substituted red, orange and yellow peppers for the green one and used 1.5 cups instead of 1/2 cup. It turned out GREAT!!!

Very good recipe, just enough spice, great combination, and a crowd pleasing entree. The Ortiz Family, North Carolina

Great recipe! Next time I will use chicken broth instead of water, and I used 2 minced garlic cloves instead of powder, as well as 1 tsp creole seasoning, and about 1/2 file powder. Going in the weekly rotation!

This is the easiest and best tasting Jambalya ever. We serve the homeless once a month and this has become our go to recipe.

Loved this recipe, something different and easy on busy nights. I read the reviews and did add a can of rinsed black beans. Along w/ the can of diced tomatoes, I had a ton of fresh tomatoes from the garden so I chopped one up and threw it in. Very nice dinner w/ crusty bread. Will def make again!
