This recipe is delish--and great for anyone who participates in Weight Watchers! I cut the oil and used Pam cooking spray instead, added about 1/2 cup each of black/pinto beans to pump up the fiber for lowering points, and what a low-cal meal! Filling, delicious, and low calories!!

This was easy, inexpensive and a huge hit with my husband. I used Turkey kielbasa as it is lower in fat. I also doubled the amount of veggies and added 2 chipolte peppers (diced very small) for some added spice. This will be a regular in our home.

This has become one of our regular "go to" meals because it's quick, easy and flavorful. I sometimes tweak the recipe for my kids' tastes and variety. For instance, we use whole wheat penne pasta instead of rice sometimes(even better in our opinion - skip the added water in the recipe and mix the pasta with the sauce at the end). We also sometimes substitute italian sausage instead of kielbasa, peas instead of bell pepper, or add hot sauce for some kick. Thanks for sharing!

This was a surprisingly easy and good meal. I served it over rice rather than adding the rice into the meat and veggie mixture as stated in the recipe.

This was a great quick and easy recipe! I used the zesty tomatos with green chilis since it was all I had on hand and omitted the pepper. NOTE - You can use regular rice, but will need to add 1 to 1 1/2 cups more of water and cook longer, but otherwise great!

Quick, easy, kids like, so I like. I omit the oil and saute the pepper and onion with the sausage/kielbasa. I add some cumin, cayenne and/or hot sauce after the fact for the adults. This recipe is a good standby when kielbasa is buy 1 get 2 free at the grocery store because the rest of the ingredients are usually on hand.

I used chorizo sausage for this. It would be just as nice with Italian sweet sausage, if you wanted something less spicy. Nice and filling on a cold winter night.

This was really easy and good. I did make a few small changes. I increased the water to 1 cup, used 2 bags of success boil in bag brown rice (without the bag),5 bun length polish sausages, 3 10oz cans of Rotel dices tomatoes with green chillies, and sauted the onion & green pepper with the polish sausage then drained. Came out great!!

Has quickly become a family favorite. I add 1/2 tsp cumin to it just because we like cumin.

Excellent dish. So easy to make, and great flavor. I added frozen shrimp, as well as some extra water, which is seemed to need.
