This recipe was delicious. For added punch, I put some sliced mushrooms in the ground beef when I was browning it. After my other half tasted this he said 'This is a keeper. Don't lose the recipe."

oooooo doggie! it wasn't to hot the first time i fixed it. but this time i helped it out.with the oinons i added a can of mushroom and a can of mixed veggies.then i sauteed them all together and added a clove of garlic too. when they were done i added 4 oz of cream cheese and 3 tbs of cottage cheese. mixed the veggies and the cheeses together.(you could eat this by it self.hummm good) the rest i did what the recipe said.except i did boil my taters first. that helped out a lot.and i topped it off with chedder cheese too. this recipe went from a forgetter to a winner!! thanks, tiffy

This recipe was really good. The first time I made it, it did it exactly by the recipe, and it took me 45 minutes to prepare, plus 1 hour to cook. The second time I made it, I cooked the hamburger and onion together and used my food processor to slice the potatoes - which was quicker (about 20 minutes total), but I don't think it was as good as with the potatoes cubed.

This was a very good recipe. I cooked the onions with the beef and topped the casserole with cheese and it turned out great. Thanks!

I loved this recipe, although I did add a few ingredients. I added some onion powder, garlic powder, and some lemon pepper to the hamburger mix.(I knew the family would enjoy this) I also sliced my potatos with my mandelin to make them "slimer". I also added some chopped garlic to the "soup mix". My teenager said it tasted similar to my "scalloped potatos and hamburger meal" but she enjoyed it.

The family loved this casserole...very tasty! Quick to put together(got it together during halftime of the football games..hee hee)and it was quite filling! Next time, for variation, I might add mozzarella cheese to it.

I added a bag of frozen corn as one layer, between the potatoes and ground beef and I also omitted some of the onion. :)

It was very simple to make, but it needs a little "something" extra, a "boost" if you will. I sliced the potatoes lengthwise to simplify it even further...It was a nice change from our old standby's!

It needs a little something extra as far as spices, and I added cheese to the top. Overall it was pretty tasty, I think I will make it again but maybe get a little more creative next time.

I seasoned the hamburger, but it was still a little bland. Needs ketchup or cheese or something. Maybe cheese soup instead of mushroom would improve it. I left the skins on the potatoes and sliced them very thin, and they cooked fine. Overall, this dish is okay, but nothing to write home about.

I used cheddar cheese soup and milk instead of cream of mush. and water. I also added frozen spinach. I cooked it an additional 5 mins in the microwave and it was really good. We will be having it again!

I substituted cheese and brocolli soup as I am allergic to mushrooms, it was great! Will definately make this again, may try other soups too.
