Original Recipe Yield 2 cups
 

Ingredients

  • 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar

Directions

  1. Combine carrot, mayonnaise, ground ginger, soy sauce, and white sugar in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
