I love this egg salad recipe. The lemon gives it a tangy fresh flavor. I love it on a hearty whole grain bread with broccoli and clover sprouts. Thanks, Jen!

This is awesome egg salad with 1 major change. I chop the whites but mix the yellows into the mayo/mustard combo as if I were making deviled eggs. You just can't beat it that way! YUM

Loved this recipe. I didn't have Dijon mustard so I added a little honey, garlic powder and Tabasco sauce instead. It turned out great! Thank you!

Pretty good recipe. Everyone told me I should add celery but I did not have any. I followed the recipe as it was listed and it came out pretty good. I am packing it up for lunch tomorrow. Thanks.

This is my favorite egg salad recipe now! I always add a dash of garlic powder and sometimes a bit of relish or some chopped celery depending on my mood. A yummy and an inexpensive lunch or picnic item!

YUM!!!!! My neighborhood deli makes this awesome egg salad sandwich that I have been obsessed with for years. This is the first egg salad recipe I have made that tastes just like it! The only changes I made were omitting the lemon juice (the tang of the dijon was just right for me) and adding finely chopped celery to it. Soooooo stinkin good! Thank you Jen!

Very Good! After reading reviews from others decided to use only 1 T lemon juice which gave plenty of zip. I didn't have any onion, but just bought fresh onion buns from our local Breadsmith's so I used them to get that onion flavor. Yum! Thank you for the great post!

My husband and I both felt there was too much lemon juice. He also felt the mustard was too strong. Some more mayonnaise and some Tony's Chachere seasoning fixed it for him.
