"A seedy multigrain bread brings a new, nutty dimension to these seasoned, buttery croutons. These are great served warm on a cold, fresh salad."

multigrain bread, cubed
Cajun seasoning (such as Emeril's Essence®), divided
grated Parmesan cheese, divided
onion powder, divided
These are Great!! No changes needed!! Thanks for the great recipe Jenny!!!
These are really tasty with just a bit of a kick. I baked them for about 15 minutes total, then turn off the oven and just let them sit in the oven to fully dry out without over browning.
