Really good pizza crust, a bit too chewy for my personal taste though, but others really enjoyed it. I followed the recipe as written. I will make this again, but I am still looking for a particular type of thinner, crispier homemade pizza crust. Thanks for sharing this :)

I halved the recipe for one larg thin crust pizza. I added 1/4 tsp garlic powder + 1 TBS parmesan cheese + 1 tsb italian seasoning. I was making a thin crust so I just baked the crust and the toppings together. it was better and cheaper than any gross tasteless frozen pizza and not greasy like the delivered pizze.

Perfect! My kids will even eat the crust. I make mine in a bread machine and have no problems. When I want to "spice" things up I add 1 tsp garlic poweder and 1 Tbsp of fresh minced basil. But this recipe truely needs nothing, it's great!

This was great! Really enjoyed the chewiness, and the ease of working with the dough. I replaced about half the a.p. flour with whole wheat for a heartier flavor (and I prefer a wheat crust with BBQ chicken pizza in particular.) Used with Barbecued Chicken Pizza from this site.

Oh the perfect crust!!!!! Light and thick. A perfect crisp outside and soft fluffy inside. "Definitely a keeper!" is what my husband yelled out at first bite, I didn't even have to ask and get the usual "it's alright." Used easy pizza sauce II from this site and just some cheese. I'm going to make this recipe for breadsticks yum! Oh used half the dough for bread sticks-roll like 6-8 sticks bake about 15 minutes and top with garlic butter. the other half I made into a rectangle, half baked it topped with melted butter and cinnamon sugar and finished baking. I drizzled it with a cream cheese glaze and this made the best cinnamon sticks!!!

Great crust. Used 1 C wheat flour, will try to increase next time. Divided into two crusts and froze one for next time and it turned out wonderful.

I have made this many times. Takes some work and is a little messy, so if you have freezer space, make more than 1 and go ahead and roll it out on a pizza pan, cover with heavy foil and freeze. Just thaw it out for your next pizza.

I was amazed that I actually made my first homemade pizza from scratch. It was abosultely the most enjoyable receipe to follow. The " Spicy Chicken Pizza" came out delicious. My kids were pleased. They're my food critics. Bye the way, I spiced up the crust with oreagno, garlic powder, sea salt and crushed bay leaves.

I always get lots of compliments on this pizza crust. I follow the recipe and then dust the pan with cornmeal before putting the dough into it. I also poke the dough all over with a fork before adding my pizza sauce and toppings. I often use the "Gourmet Chicken Pizza" recipe with this crust. I have also frozen the dough when I made too much and when it was baked it still turned out great.

Awesome! I've never made dough before. It was easy, and makes the perfect amount for two pies. I typically make one and freeze the other. Later in the week, I've got a ready to go pizza crust.

Very good dough. Made it on a regular metal pizza pan, then slide it off when it was almost finished and browned the bottom & made it a little more crispy. Slid right off the pan very easy recipe. Double it and froze the second half.

Really great crust! I have made it 2x, once with all purpose flour and once with half wheat half all purpose. My family actually prefered the wheat. It turned out great!

This made 8 personal size pizza crusts for us and it held up well on the BBQ for grilling we loved the texture and was chewy which we like, great recipe! We made some thick and some thin crust both were equally good!

Good Day!! I took privilege of making this pizza crust recently. We had guests for dinner one evening and they raved about how delicious the crust was. I then told them it was your signature pizza crust, sir. Wish I'd had a camera -- the look on their faces was priceless. My kids will be coming to visit in a few weeks - my DIL loves pizza, so will definitely be making this recipe. You're the best!!!

This was good dough. I rated it 4 instead of 5 because I am still looking for "it," the perfect crust. The only thing I did different was using a cup of white whole wheat in place of some of the AP flour because I ran out of AP. I used the Exquisite Pizza Sauce recipe on this site to go with it, and it was perfect. This recipe makes 4 personal pan-style pizzas perfectly.

I am 1,829th person to review this AWESOME pizza crust. My family loves loves this crust!!! OMG! I made sure I had the freshest ingredients, {yeast, home made sauce, tomatoes, basil, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni} I actually accidentally add all of the flour and then used more for the kneading portion,it Still worked out just fine. this was so perfect and Delish! My son said he would rather eat this pizza crust then any other! I guess I don't need to look any further for a pizza crust.I grilled this and it was Fabulous!! I did have a little problem with the dough tearing, I need to stop trying to stretch it so much. Next time I will add some Italian seasoning to the dough. Thank You very much:):) Jay!!
