It wasn't bad, but not what I was expecting. I have made jerky chicken before and either the other recipe is not authentic or this one is just different. The recipe is fine, it is just not what I was hoping for.

It didn't taste nothing like the real Jamaican jerk chicken and wasn't even spicy, but overall it was good.

Not sure what I did wrong, but the husband and I did not care for this recipe. The amount of ingredients & lugging out the food processor was not worth it.

This was pretty good. I used chicken breasts, and pounded them first, and I think this helped them suck up the flavor of the marinade. Served with cilantro rice. Yummy and nice change of pace from my standard chicken recipes.

This was delicious! I only made 2 chicken breasts, and I wish I'd made more! I used less than 1/2 a jalepeno, and again, wish I'd used more. This is SOOOO good. We have a wonderful Jamaican restaurant nearby and I swear, this recipe competes!

Awesome recipe! I love it, my family loves it, and my friends love it. I made a huge batch of it for about 20 people and everyone enjoyed it.

This was a great change from the regular buffalo wings. I marinated the chicken over night. Since it's still too chilly outside for the BBQ grille, I cooked the chicken in the marinade for about 10 min. and then set them in the broiler for about 5-7 min. on each side. They came out perfect. Loved it as did the family.

The husband gave me a high five - what more can I say? Marinated over night. I used bone in chicken with the skin on. Grilled it outside on medium/low heat. The skin blackened up and really enhanced the flavor.

I didn't really care for the flavor of this chicken. I haven't made jerk before but I won't make this again. Might just be my personal taste. DH thought the chicken was OK but he dipped it in BBQ Sauce.

Turned out pretty good, i followed the instructions with no modifications. This isn't what I would think of as Jamaican, however it was good and that's all that matters.

I marinated over night, but the marinade just didn't pierce the brest halves. It tasted like plain chicken with a yummy sauce on it, which wasn't quite what I was looking for.

I LOVED this chicken. I used boneless skinless chicken breasts and I baked the chicken instead of grilling it. The chicken had a great flavor and I took the leftover to work the next day and shared it with co-workers. They all enjoyed it and I will use this recipe again.

Absolutely amazing!! I don't omit or change anything about this, because it is delicious. The chicken comes out so moist! I like to add a few slices of jalepeno on top of my chicken a few minutes before I take it off the grill- mainly for a little color and extra "zing!"

Great flavor. I didn't have any green onions so I omitted those (don't think they were missed) and cut the brown sugar to 1 1/2 tablespoons, and the fresh thyme to 2 teaspoons.

I grilled chicken breast strips on skewers for an appetizer and everyone loved them! The spices smelled awesome and the meat came out sweet and tender after 6 hours of marinating. The meat was NOT spicy as expected, so I will keep the jalepeno seeds in or use a hotter pepper next time for that kick.
