I've been wanting to do Jerk Chicken for a while now and at last I have found an easy recipe to follow. Maybe it's just the way it's been wrote out. Will definitely be making this chicken this week. Thinking of serving it with caribbean rice and peas. Too much? Let me know.

This dish was phenomenal! I halved the recipe, and it was still enough for me to marinade two breasts and two thighs. I added 4 cloves of garlic and 2 jalapeno peppers. Everything else I kept the same. The chicken came out juicy and flavorful. I took the leftover marinade and cooked it to pour on top of the chicken and rice. Can't wait to make again! Thanks!

This recipe was easy to follow and I was a bit worried because I had never tasted/cooked Jerk chicken before but everything came out great!! All the spices and flavors really blended together well and it was just delicious. I froze some of the marinade for later and I will be definetely cooking this again.

This was pretty good. I gave it four stars because I added only half the soy sauce and it still kinda overpowered the recipe and I added many more peppers but still not hot0

This is a fantastic recipie! We like a bit more heat so we add the seeds of the Jalapeno to bring it up a bit. We also like to reserve some of the marinade to use as a sauce for dipping in. Thanks for this YUMMY Jerk recipie!

I made this for my fiance and he absolutely loved it! We cut the chicken in to chunks and and grilled it on kabobs with mushrooms, pineapple, bell peppers, and red onions. I also reduced the marinate to make a sauce. The flavor on the sauce was good, but the texture was a little off. I think it would have worked better if I had strained it. I think next time I will use more jalapenos or habanero to make it spicier.

This was pretty good but definitely not hot at all. I was really disappointed in the lack of heat. I used 2 jalepenos and there wasn't even a kick to it. I think I am going to try this again but use a habanero. Other that not being spicy it had a pretty good flavor. I served it with rice and fried bananas.

This was such an incredible dish! When I blended the marinade I dipped my finger in it and had a taste... I was over the moon! I could not believe that such a simple recipe could have so much flavour. This is going in my favorites.

oh this was sooo lovely! totally a family favorite! The chicken, itself, had tons of flavor. I loved all the spices in the coating/marinade. It really was good, but instead of serving it on tortillas, I would recommend serving it over cous cous or rice, because when it's served on tortillas, the OMG awesome chicken doesn't show it's flavor as much as when served on rice. Still, this was awesome! I liked it cuz it had a nice kick and the pineapple adds an extra flavor boost! If I could give this a trillion stars, I definitely would! This is awesome awesome awesome! I HIGHLY recommend this dish! YUMMY!

Absolutely wonderful. The habanero is a must. I buy chicken breast (bone-in) and individually freeze them in the marinade. Then I just pull out how many I'll need in the morning.

The flavor was good, but it could have used more kick. Next time I will use a habanero pepper. Also, the texture of the chicken was a little weird. It was a bit stringy and kind of soggy feeling. My son loved it, though, and he's uber picky, so we'll keep it!

I made this according to the recipe and it was tasty. I didn't taste much heat however and I am a big heat wimp! Next time I'll add another jalepeno. This did make a ton of marinade so I put half in the freezer. The chicken was nice and juicy, just needed more kick. I'll add red pepper flakes to the lefover chicken that is already cooked
