Fantastic! I crave Hibachi cooking and this cures that craving each and every time I make it. I didn't change anything, it is perfect just like it is!!!

I never cared for zucchini, however grew some last summer and used this recipe. It was fabulous! It had good texture and was very tasty. Thanks!

Great recipe!! We eat at Hibachi steaks houses all of the time and I wanted to find something similar. This was it. My family devoured it so I had to double the recipe for the next time!!

This recipe is very good and healthy. I used 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and at the end added a 1/2 teasoon of sdesame oil. Also added shrimp the last 5 minutes of cooking. GREAT DINNER!

This is a very good recipe. I had one whopper of a zucchini and I was not in the mood for anything fancy. This fit the bill perfectly. It was not swimming in cheese or tomatoes that tend to hide the nice clean quality of a simple veggie. I'm sure I will make this often when summer's bounty threatens to overwhelm me.

This is a great recipe with lots of possibilities! I made a few changes for myself: (1) Added garlic with the onions (2) Used sesame seed oil instead (3) Used very little teriyaki (4) Used a potato peeler for the zucchini and yellow squash so they would absorb more of the flavor (5) Added mushrooms and (6) I added a dollop of butter and a squeeze of lemon at the end before serving over rice with salmon.

These were very tasty. I followed the recipe - but did add a dab of butter at the end. Just like the hibachi grilled version at your local Japanese restaurant! Thanks for the recipe.

I must first admit that zucchini is not my favorite vegetable. That being said it is not bad either. I had lots of it and looked for something to make it great. This recipe wasn't it. This was good but I probably won't make it again.

I used only the teriyaki seasoning since that seemed to be what most of the reviews supported. This was not something that we really enjoyed and I will not make again.

Excellent! I added some mushrooms that needed to be used up but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. A definite keeper at our house.

I tried this last night and loved it. I didn't have any zucchini but used yellow crookneck squash that I did have from my garden. It's essential to toast the sesame seeds in a pan with no oil to enhance that nutty flavor. Like many of the previous posters I added a few drops of sesame oil. Thanks for sharing the recipe. It's a keeper.

Delicious recipe. Goes well with many other things. My husband said that the onions looked like worms, but he says that every time I cut onions into strips/rings.
