I loved this dish and I dont like green beans! I'm 48 years old and haven't eaten green beans since childhood. These were easy and so good. They stayed crunchy and the light soy flavor with the seeds were perfect. A great way to use up those fresh beans from my garden.

Fabulous! You can use any vegetable and it's just as good; broccoli, carrots, bok choy, etc.

These beans were very easy and tasty. I followed the recipe exactly and they were a big hit. A nice change to the same 'ol side dish.

Sorry, but we found these to be oily and lacking in flavor. My husband had to doctor them up so we could eat them.

I just love these. I love green beans to begin with. I use whole frozen baby green beans. I sometimes add fresh garlic to these.I snack on these instead of chips .The bad thing is they smell so good I end up having to share with the kids. Thanks for the recipe

Delicious. I added a little garlic when the beans were just about done cooking. Reduced the canola oil by half. Will be making again. Thanks for the recipe.

I use this recipe all of the time for a quick side dish. I just use canned beans as a time saver and I've done it with and without sesame seeds. I also add a can of sliced mushrooms.

Thanks for this simple, tasty recipe. My cooking time was a lot less, because I like my veggies crunchy.

I thought these were jusk OK, but my hub and kids LOVED them, so 5 stars... I cut the oil, cooking them in just a spray of canola. When mostly cooked, I added the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing in the sesame seeds just before serving. My 5 year old had 4ths.

My husband actually ATE green beans, so this must be amazing! It's much better with fresh green beans. Next time I plan to add mushrooms and water chestnuts.

These had good flavor, but I think there was a little too much oil in this recipe. It left the beans having a very greasy mouthfeel and left oil on your lips. Eek! Loved the sesame though.

I was very happy with the way these green beans turned out. I was a little nervous because I am not a huge fan of green beans, but I wanted to try them in this recipe. I'm glad I did. I really liked them!
